How to install an eSIM?

Follow these simple steps to set up your eSIM in minutes

Iphone

  1. 1

    Open Settings

    Go to Cellular/Mobile Service

  2. 2

    Add eSIM

    Tap Add eSIM → Use QR Code

  3. 3

    Scan the QR Code

    Point your camera at the QR code you received after purchase

  4. 4

    Check Activation

    Turn on mobile data and select the eSIM as your primary plan

Android

  1. 1

    Open Settings

    Mobile Network → SIMs

  2. 2

    SIM Manager / Add eSIM

    Set up an eSIM (then follow prompts / scan QR).

  3. 3

    Scan the QR Code

    Point your camera at the QR code you received after purchase.

  4. 4

    Set data line

    Set Mobile Data = eSIM (keep Calls/Messages on your primary SIM if needed)

If you can’t use QR

  1. Add eSIM -> Use QR Code -> Enter Details Manually -> enter SMDP Address + Activation Code (leave confirmation code blank if not provided)
  2. Tap Continue, wait (can take up to ~10 min), then set Mobile Data = eSIM
  3. Turn on roaming: Settings -> Cellular/Mobile Data -> (your eSIM) -> Data Roaming = ON.

If you can’t use QR

  1. SIM Manager / Add eSIM -> Use QR Code -> Add Manually Instead -> Use activation code
  2. Tap Continue, wait (can take up to ~10 min), then set Mobile Data = eSIM
  3. Turn on roaming: Settings -> Connections/Network -> Mobile networks -> Data roaming = ON.
