1.4 This Disclaimer explains how those dependencies affect the way our services are delivered and clarifies what you may reasonably expect from us if a technical issue occurs.

2. Contracting Party and Non-Marketplace Status

2.1 INSTANTSIM LTD (15419267), Registered office address: Dept 6659 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP, operates Jettello.com and supplies the products and services offered through the Website in its own name.

2.2 We act as merchant of record and sell directly to customers.

2.3 The Website is not a marketplace. We do not provide a platform through which third parties offer, market, or sell products to customers in their own name.

2.4 Every purchase made through the Website is concluded directly with us, and we remain the sole contracting party in relation to the supply of the relevant eSIM product and any related digital service.

3. Third-Party Technical Infrastructure

3.1 The services made available through the Website rely on third-party technical systems and infrastructure, including API-based provisioning environments, telecommunications suppliers, mobile network operators, roaming partners, and related connectivity platforms.

3.2 Certain technical outcomes depend in whole or in part on those third-party systems and conditions. This includes, without limitation, provisioning, activation timing, availability, geographic coverage, data speeds, latency, and continuity of service.

3.3 Because those matters depend on external infrastructure and operational conditions, not every technical issue can be prevented, diagnosed, or resolved immediately by us.

4. No Absolute Technical Guarantee

4.1 Although we arrange for products to be provisioned and supplied through established technical and commercial arrangements, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal coverage, immediate activation in every case, or compatibility with every device, operating system version, or network environment.

4.2 Technical performance may vary depending on device configuration, software version, handset restrictions, local operator settings, network congestion, roaming restrictions, country-specific limitations, and other conditions outside our direct control.

4.3 The fact that we rely on third-party suppliers and infrastructure does not mean that those third parties become your contracting party, nor does it mean that we can guarantee an outcome where resolution depends on systems or conditions not controlled by us.

5. Complaints and Reasonable Remedial Measures

5.1 We remain your primary point of contact for complaints, technical reports, and support requests relating to products purchased through the Website.

5.2 Support and complaints should be directed to info@jettello.com.

5.3 If you report a technical problem, we will take commercially reasonable steps, and in any event steps no less than those required by applicable law, to review and address the issue.

5.4 Depending on the circumstances, this may include checking provisioning records, reviewing activation status, requesting troubleshooting information, providing support guidance, and escalating the matter to a relevant third-party supplier or connectivity partner where appropriate.

5.5 Where a technical issue is attributable to third-party systems, roaming conditions, or network infrastructure outside our direct control, we will use reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant provider in order to seek a solution, but we cannot guarantee the outcome where the matter depends on third-party action or external technical conditions.

6. Mandatory Rights Preserved

6.1 Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, limits, or otherwise affects any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable UK law.

6.2 In particular, nothing in this Disclaimer affects any mandatory rights you may have where digital content or digital services are not supplied, are faulty, are not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to contract.
